RETURNS

 

Our returns policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please DO NOT return gear without prior authorization or an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will not be responsible for any loss or misplacement of items returned without proper authorization.

 

 

PARTIAL REFUNDS

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

 

Exchanges and returns are only permitted in the event of a manufacturing defect. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will fix it and return the item. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizing selection.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

 

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of the item. We will also inform you of the status of your refund request, whether it has been approved or rejected.

 

If your refund is approved, then the amount will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

 

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

 

Check your bank account again to ensure the refund has not been processed.

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Contact your bank as there may be some processing time before the refund appears in your account.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

 

Refunds are only available for regular priced items, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

 

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at wendigoworks@protonmail.com with your order number and details of the product.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

Return Shipping Cost

You will need to cover the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

 

Trackable Shipping Service

For items over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refund Policy for Sale Items

We only offer refunds for regular priced items, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
